1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, including food items, wellness products, supplements, oils, honey, perfumes, and other personal-use products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we will gladly assist you if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- You receive an incomplete order.
- The product is defective upon delivery.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the shipping package.
- A brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
3. Replacement Policy
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
- A suitable alternative if the original product is unavailable.
Replacement requests are processed after verification by our support team.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been received.
- A replacement cannot be provided for an approved damaged or incorrect item.
- An order is cancelled by Cashmere Stag before shipment.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (where applicable) will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:
- Opened or used products.
- Honey and other edible products.
- Shilajit and wellness supplements.
- Olive oil and other consumable products.
- Perfumes and fragrances.
- Personal care items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear after delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
- We shipped the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged due to transit.
- The return or replacement is approved because of our error.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, any refund (if approved) may be subject to applicable shipping and handling deductions.
